Overview
HTC-Mackay App is an internal AI-based chat experience used for record analysis and patient management workflows in a hospital setting.
The challenge was not only about adding AI, but about making the surrounding admin and interface layers dependable for teams handling sensitive operational work.
Contribution
I was one of the core developers on the app. We used OpenAI for the assistant layer and Laravel Nova for the admin panel.
On the product side, I worked with TypeScript, VueJS, and InertiaJS to keep the dynamic interface structured and maintainable.
